My Cobra has it's first start!!

So I have been trying to fathom out what has happened to my dashboard wiring! My Cobra came back from the trimmers and unfortunately there were quite a few switches not working, also the indicators on the passenger side weren't working but the hazards were working fine! I put all this to one side and decided to go ahead with trying to fire up the engine for the first time. I checked fluid levels then removed all of the plugs and turned the engine over to get the oil pressure up. I then put all the plugs back on, added some more fuel and hit the start button! It spluttered for a short while then burst in to life, I was very pleased to say the least! There was some smoke coming from the engine which I hoped was just oil/grease etc burning off, and fingers crossed this seemed to be the case. The engine is idling really well however one exhaust is very hot and one is cold, therefore some further investigations are required. From talking with Jon at AK Sportscars it could be that it needs running for a bit longer or that it's not firing on all cylinders, however I wouldn't think the car would be idling so well? My next step is to recheck all plugs/leads etc and then hook up a laptop to the Canems ECU to see if there is anything obvious showing.. I will then revisit the dashboard wiring before fitting it back in place. Regardless of this I am super pleased it started😀!!
